Client may assign trusted users to act as its agents to use the Servicesm provided that the agent has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts for Customer. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges and certifies that the person being registered as a trusted user ("Authorized user") possesses the legal rights of the Client.

Client is solely responsible and liable for any and all access to and use of the Services (this includes all activities and transactions) by any Authorized User and/or User ID reggistered under Client's account.

Client holds fully responsibility for keeping the account's confidentiality access information, that is account's identification and password. Client is also entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Client hereby states that he/she will immediately notify/report to ChannelWe.com when Client notices any activity indicating that Client's account or data is being used without authorization, including:
a) Client has received confirmation of an order or orders placed using Client's accuont which Client did not place or any similar conflicting report; or
b) Customer becomes aware of any unauthorized use of any product or service related to its account(s).

Your files will be stored forever as long as you are a premium member. If you are a registered user without premium status, your files will be stored until at least 90 days after their last download (you can manually restart that expiration period at any time in the file manager). A file that was uploaded anonymously (that is not owned by any Megaupload user) will be deleted no sooner than 21 days after the last time it was downloaded.

No! It is good practice to always keep more than one backup of any file you cannot afford to lose. Depending on your connectivity to our server network, your upload speed may be limited and slower than what you expect.
